IMPORTANT INFORMATION
– Kwela products must be stored indoors, flat and on a level surface in a cool, dry environment prior to installation.
– Sikaflex 11fc to be used as both Adhesive and Grout (5mm) with all Kwela Variable Lengths.
– Mosaic fix to be used for all mosaics.
– A polyurathane sealant must be applied on all Kwela products after installation.
– Care must be taken not to damage, scratch, stain or mark the Kwela products, as full curing only occurs after 14 days.
– No Grout off, abrasive materials or harsh chemicals to be used for cleaning Kwela products.
– Installation guidelines are supplied within all packaging and must be adhered to.

A deep seal (Polyurathane) must be applied after installation on ALL Kwela Products.

By choosing one of the standard colours available it is not as time-consuming and production of your unique product can commence.

COLOUR MATCHING
For bigger projects and in the event that not one of the above colours does match your selected tile a colour match to suite your specific need can be arranged. Colour matches will never be a 100% the same as the sample provided, we will however ensure that the sample is matched as close as possible to the sample supplied. Colour matching must be approved and signed for prior to commencing production.

– As colour consistency may differ from batch to batch, please ensure that you place your order in full!
– No Guarantees on colour matching from one batch to another. Order sufficient quantities. Slight variation may occur between sample
and orders received, as veining and mottled effects will always vary in intensity and coverage. All flames and mottled effects are
random and will show variations in intensity.
– Please keep in mind that one colour may appear differently on smooth and carved ranges. Apart from the standard colours, other colours can
be created to suit your specific need.
– Colour matching must be approved and signed for prior to commencing production. No claims will be considered once the Kwela products have been
installed (fixed). Please consult our website for installation instructions. If in doubt, do not install. Limited warrantee on dark colours if not sealed properly.
